Shipping is $34.99 Out of State | Florida (in-state) Shipping is $29.99. Livestock orders over $299 ship free.
All live items are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight Monday - Thursday and usually arrive 10:30am EST.
Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday - Thursday are shipped out same day, orders made after 2pm or on Fridays ship the next business day.
Certain remote areas are delivered later in the day. We use specific packing means necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your livestock.
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must submit a DOA Request within 2 hours of delivery (FedEx posted time).
Once we receive the request we will issue a replacement or store credit.
The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds on livestock or shipping.Â

Aquarium Supplies
When purchasing aquarium supplies valued at $49 or more, you will qualify for free Ground Shipping.
When purchasing aquarium supplies valued at $399 or more, you will qualify for free FedEx Priority Overnight, unless it's a Drop Ship item or Special Order item.
Orders will ship same day if received before 2pm EST Monday - Friday. If received after 2pm EST they will ship on the next business day.Â
Freight and drop shipments such as larger tanks, sumps and tank systems do not qualify for free shipping and are indicated as freight or drop shipping in the product description.
Non overnight packages will be shipped with the most economical method but for your reference generally follows these guidelines.
Packages under a pound may be shipped USPS First Class mail.
